What can I expect at my TPI Golf Fitness assessment?

This quick and simple assessment involves a golf specific movement screen to determine how well your body moves. 

We’ll guide you through some golf specific movements the results of which will determine your golf fitness handicap.

What’s a golf fitness handicap?

Just like your golf handicap your golf fitness handicap ranges from 36 to +7 the better your handicap the better your body moves. 

The better your body moves the more consistency and power you can get in your swing.
