Don't know your golf fitness handicap, or wondering why you should get one?

The TPI movement screen is a simple test to quickly evaluate a player’s physical capabilities. We use the results of that assessment to determine how technical elements of your swing could be related to what your body can or can't do and provide you with a golf fitness handicap. We also use those results to create a unique plan for you.

Just like your golf handicap your golf fitness handicap ranges from 36 to +7. The better your handicap the better your body moves so you can say goodbye to:

Hi I'm Sare Carpenter.

I'm the owner of Swing Fit, the one-on-one golf fitness and performance training studio at 353 Beach Road, Campbells Bay.

I’m a Golf fitness certified expert with the Titleist Performance Institute and I specialise in helping golfers like you get in the best shape of your life so you can play the best golf of your life.

From my personal training background, I know that how your body moves is so important when it comes to playing your best game.

What’s TPI?

TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) is the world's leading educational organisation dedicated to the study of how the human body functions in relation to the golf swing. For over twenty years, TPI has gathered the world’s largest technical database of the game’s top Tour professionals as well as every-day golfers. TPI collects 3D motion capture, force, pressure, launch monitor, strength, power, and movement data on every player that visits the TPI campus. Using this data, TPI discovered how a properly functioning body allows a player to swing a golf club in the most efficient way possible. Conversely, TPI determined how physical limitations in a player’s body can adversely affect the golf swing and potentially lead to injury. This relationship is what TPI calls The Body-Swing Connection.
